NB: Each country has its own applicable rules with regards to teaching sport and health professions. It is important to establish a good understanding of industry regulations; it is your responsibility to find out if your qualifications authorize you to give this type of lesson. At the end of your GYROTONIC® training session you will be given a diploma which certifies that you have completed the method basic training program successfully, but under no circumstances does this make you a sports professional if you are not already.
In this program students learn to design, and teach a progressive sequence of GYROTONIC® Level 1 exercise classes on the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Combination Unit. The 188 hour program is composed of four sequential courses that are described below. Students can begin teaching the GYROTONIC® method as an Apprentice within 3-6 months after beginning the program. It typically takes 1-2 years to complete the full program and become a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer. Those who complete the program are qualified to teach level 1 GYROTONIC® method exercises as a Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer. Once certified they can then take up other specialized GYROTONIC® method courses, should they so wish.
YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS OTHER GYROTONIC® MODULES AND EQUIPMENT IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE COMMUN LEVEL1 CURRICULUM ON THE PULLEY TOWER THROUGH TO CERTIFICATION.
