NB: Each country has its own applicable rules with regards to teaching sport and health professions. It is important to establish a good understanding of industry regulations; it is your responsibility to find out if your qualifications authorize you to give this type of lesson. At the end of your GYROKINESIS® training session you will be given a diploma which certifies that you have completed the method basic training program successfully, but under no circumstances does this make you a sports professional if you are not already.
In this program students learn to conduct the two different GYROKINESIS® method level 1 classes; the 60 minute format class, and the 90 minute format class. The 138 hour program is composed of four sequential courses described below. Students may begin teaching the GYROKINESIS® method in the role of Apprentice within 3-6 months after beginning the program. It typcailly takes 1-2 years to complete the full program and become a GYROKINESIS® Trainer. Those who successfully complete the program are qualified to teach level 1 GYROKINESIS® method exercises as a Certified GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Trainer. Once certified they can then take up other specialized GYROKINESIS® method courses, should they so wish.
YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS OTHER GYROKINESIS® MODULES IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE COMMUN LEVEL1 CURRICULUM THROUGH TO CERTIFICATION.
